My father Shukei established this restaurant in 1983.

When we opened, my father, mother and employee worked desperately to become the most loved restaurant using their practice and experience.

The taste of sushi rice is my mother's masterpiece, which she worked very hard to perfect.

 

The Ayu sushi was created through my father's unrelenting efforts.




Ayu sushi is our signature dish, which we have been cooking since we opened this restaurant.

We simmer Ayu fish for 12 hours with our homemade secret sauce which is slightly sweet and hot.

The sushi is softer than it looks.
