創業36年、父宗慶の代より開業させていただきました。 当時は、父・母・従業員の3人で地域に愛される店になろうと、 九州別府、大阪で修業した経験をもとに、死に物狂いで働きました。 舎利の味は、母親が何度も何度も失敗を重ね、ようやくたどりついた自信の結晶です。

　自慢の鮎寿しは父親の努力の賜です。

　また、近年では地域の特産品を活かし、季節を楽しみ、感動と笑顔つくりが演出できる商品作りに取り組み、 「フルーツ寿し」が誕生しました。

　これからも、郷土の味の代表を目指し、地域の皆さまの愛される店となるよう頑張ります。

About Chikara sushi

 

My father Shukei established this restaurant in 1983.

When we opened, my father, mother and employee worked desperately to become the most loved restaurant using their practice and experience.

The taste of sushi rice is my mother's masterpiece, which she worked very hard to perfect.

The Ayu sushi was created through my father's unrelenting efforts.

 

 

We also wanted to introduce local products with our sushi, which is why we made the fruit sushi menu.

 

We work hard to be this proud restaurant, loved by everyone in our area, now and into the future.
